As Standard Our Boiler Service Includes
Our thorough boiler service takes between 40 minutes to one to hour complete and as standard includes:
- A visual check of the boiler and flame, where possible
- Checks on the flue (externally and internally)
- Checks on the operating pressure and / or heat input Checking safety devices
- Checks on the case seals form an effective seal
- Boiler casing removed to check all main boiler components (burner, heat exchanger, main injector, spark / sensor probe)
- Boiler fired safely to identify any working faults
- Boiler parts cleaned, if necessary
- A full service report showing everything the engineer has done

Depending on the gas appliance being serviced we carry out a 30 point check. Full details of these checks are emailed out as part of the service report so you can see everything that the engineer has done.
You can expect that your boiler service will last approximately 40minutes – 1 hour. This gives us plenty of time to thoroughly check the system and report back to you our findings.
Our boiler service is charged at £84. Alternatively you may wish to sign up to one of our cover plans where the cost is spread over monthly payments.
Our standard operating hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday however out of hours appointments are available upon request for an additional charge.
It is recommended that you get all your gas appliances (including gas boilers, gas fires, gas water heaters, gas cookers) serviced annually. If your boiler is within its manufacturers warranty then you will need to have it serviced annually in order to maintain the warranty.
